Edgewater Town Square
Edgewater Town Square is a Public Private Partnership between Edgewater and the developer who worked together to adaptively reuse the old Town Fire Station on Edgewater’s revitalized historic Downtown. Point provided all services for this project including Land Surveying, Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture. Point started with an ALTA Survey to kick things off then progressed through the permit process with Site Development Plans, Subdivision Plat, Construction Documents including Civil and Landscape design then wrapped up with Construction Administration and Construction Staking. The Beer Garden user has remained popular since opening in 2022.
viewhouse centennial
ViewHouse 2.0 was developed in the old Trail Dust Steak House building at 7101 South Clinton Street in Centennial, Colorado. Point provided full scope services for the redevelopment project. The site’s parking lot was reconfigured to provide maximum spaces for the new restaurant including a portion of land from the neighboring hotel to the north to provide sufficient parking. The site was blighted after sitting vacant for a number of years and the landscape architecture team was able to provide a scheme to entice the patrons to the site. The site provides parking lot detention that is unchanged from the original design and verified by Point to provide cost efficiencies for the client.
hilton @ the grove
The Hilton Garden Inn, located within The Grove shopping center, is a 122-guest room hotel with a 5,000 square foot restaurant and patio and a 4,000 square foot conference meeting facility on approximately 3-acres. Point provided all services for this project including; land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture. The pad site was developed with public streets on 2 sides, a ditch easement on the west side and a pad site to the south. Due to the size of the building and location, a secondary access to the public street was required for emergency fire access. Being a part of the overall development of The Grove, all stormwater detention was handled off site.
